As an HR Advisor, you will play a crucial role in the HR team, focusing primarily on employee relations. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice and support on a wide range of employee relations issues, including disciplinary, grievance, and performance management.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Support managers in handling complex employee relations cases, ensuring compliance with employment law and best practices.
- Conduct investigations and prepare reports on employee relations matters.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops on HR-related topics.
- Collaborate with the HR team to drive initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
About You:
- Proven experience in an HR Advisor role, with a strong focus on employee relations.
- Excellent knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships at all levels.
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Empathetic and approachable, with a genuine passion for supporting others.
- CIPD qualification (or working towards) is desirable.
