We are working with a leading Education site in Central London and looking for a Head Chef. This is on a 35 Hour contract and mainly working Monday to Friday however some occasional weekend work may be required.
The Head Chef will work with a Sous Chef and KP to produce lunch and dinner on a daily basis. Lunch service being 12pm to 2pm and dinner service being 4pm to 6pm. You will cook around 100 lunches and up to 40 / 50 meals in the evening.
We are looking for a Head Chef who is keen to write their own menus and adapt to customer feedback and ensure all the food is cooked freshly on a daily basis. You will need to offer Healthy and appealing food for all customers on site and this can involve theme ideas / Chef Specials / Pop UP style offers as well.
The Head Chef reports into the Head of F&B and will be well supported but also be expected to lead the kitchen and develop their own ideas and food offer.
We are looking for an enthusiastic chef who ideally has education catering experience at either Head Chef level or a Sous Chef looking to take on their 1st Head Chef role. First interviews will be held at the start of July.
