Absolute Executive Search are delighted to be partnered with a Top 10 Accountancy firm who are looking for a Technical Accounting Manager to join their growing team in Hertford.
This is a great opportunity for an ambitious Technical Manager to join an ever-evolving practice where you will be giving specialist technical accounting advice to clients which may include IFRS Statutory account preparation, flotation support work, and also IFRS conversations.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Review and prepare more complex annual statutory accounts (complex UK GAAP and IFRS accounts) for clients.
- IFRS conversions, implementation of new standards.
- IFRS Statutory account preparation.
- Support with the valuations of share-based payments and intangible assets.
- Support, train, mentor and develop more junior members of the team.
Key Requirements:-
- ACA/ACCA or equivalent qualified.
- Proven track record of completing and advising on complex accounting areas.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good communicator at all levels.
- Highly organised and can prioritise work as per needs of the client and business.
- Able to train and develop the more junior members of the team.
Work Hours: 37.5 Hours per week.
