The Trainee Air Conditioning Engineer role will include:
- Shadowing a senior installs engineer, supporting with the installation of a wide variety of Air Conditioning equipment eg AHUs, VRVs, VRFS across Daikin, Mitsubishi equipment and more.
- The goal is to develop from an Improver/ Support position into a fully fledged Air conditioning engineer! This can take up to 2 years.
Trainee Air Conditioning Engineer Package:
- Starting salaries projected between £23K and £26K with the genuine expectation to develop this upwards. (EG 1 employee has had 7 pay rises in the last 2 years since joining!)

Requirements re-itterated:
- Some sort of previous M&E (EG Plumbing) experience, ideally install or improver led
