A high-quality after-accident support package provider in the UK is looking for a Transport Administrator to join their growing Transport Team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the company's transport services by managing hire agreements, preparing check sheets, scanning documents, and liaising with clients and drivers to obtain signed documents.

The Company

This company is an accident management company that provides high-quality after-accident support packages to brokers, repairers, and fleet managers. The company runs a fleet of vehicles and is looking for a suitable candidate to join their growing Transport Team.

The Role

The Transport Administrator will be responsible for managing hire agreements, preparing check sheets, scanning documents, and liaising with clients and drivers to obtain signed documents. Other duties include answering and directing phone calls, liaising with clients and external working partners, and assisting the Transport Coordinators with general duties.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in an administrative role, excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, strong communication skills, both written and verbal, proficiency in Microsoft Office, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and familiarity with electronic signature software.
