Salary: £48,000 - £120,000 OTE annually with no cap

Estate Agent's Role Requirements:
- Business generation by the way of proactive outbound calling
- Conducting market appraisals for new listings
- Keeping up to date with market trends
- Managing property listings through company's CRM
- Qualifying leads and arranging viewings
- Representing as the negotiator between parties to come to suitable outcomes
- Keeping accurate and up to date records of listings, clients, owners and landlords
- Keeping in regular contact with clients to build strong relationships ensuring trust and transparency
What you will need:
- A passion for real estate and a genuine desire to expand your knowledge in the sector
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- The ability to work collaboratively to achieve a desired outcome
- A proactive and energetic work ethic
- To be presentable as smart business attire is required at all times
- Strong networking skills
