Supply Chain Analyst Opportunity (URGENT)

We are seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to support the effective operation of our supply chain through data-driven analysis, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role is crucial for providing insights and recommendations to improve inventory management, demand forecasting, and supply planning across the business.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Analyse demand forecasts and production capacity to develop short- and mid-term factory supply plans.
  • Ensure alignment of material availability with manufacturing schedules through close collaboration with procurement and production teams.
  • Monitor raw materials and packaging component requirements to prevent factory downtime.
  • Track and report factory-related KPIs including schedule adherence, inventory coverage, and material availability.
  • Coordinate with third-party suppliers and logistics providers to ensure timely product availability and customer fulfilment.
  • Maintain accurate data on lead times, MOQs, and planning parameters in the ERP system for both in-house and agency products.
  • Contribute to the monthly S&OP process, providing planning insights and actionable analysis for both factory and distributed brands.
  • Develop and maintain reporting tools and dashboards to provide visibility into supply chain performance.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and support continuous improvement initiatives across planning, inventory management, and distribution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in manufacturing and/or FMCG (particularly food or beverage) is preferred.
  • Knowledge of supply chain best practices and planning methodologies (e.g., MRP, DRP).
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in supply chain, production planning, or a related analytical role.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SAP, and planning tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Team player with cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of end-to-end supply chain impacts.
