The Role
Reporting directly to the Head of Account Management, working in a structured environment providing admin and account management support. You will be responsible for admin support and procurement of equipment for customers. Maintaining an ongoing level of engagement with assigned customers, completing regular account reviews and dealing with reactive requests.
The Requirements
- Experience within an IT based role, or IT related Degree.
- Customer Success experience desired.
- UK Driving License.
- Previous experience using CRM's.
