We are seeking a Customer Service Manager to oversee this busy and fast-growing customer service department. This is a financial services organisation growing significantly as a result of client wins. This company is a very well-established, highly regarded and quality FS organisation boasting a best in class customer service function driven by operational excellence and customer experience.
You will lead an operational team of customer service professionals, overseeing operations of the contact centre including effective leadership of Team Leaders. You will develop and improve service strategies to ensure service delivery within KPIs and support the retention of key client accounts.
For consideration you should offer:
- Proven experience in a contact centre customer service role, driven by quality and results
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong knowledge of performance evaluation metrics and principles
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to help success with upwards management and occasional client visits
- You must love the challenge of leading high performing, high quality customer service professionals
Package:
- Salary: Between £40,000 - £45,000 per annum
- Location: Tewkesbury
- Hours: Monday - Friday, full-time
