Description
As Senior Paraplanner you will be responsible for:
- Support the financial advisory team in the preparation and administration of financial plans and reports, offering a strong technical knowledge and assistance for clients
- Preparing suitability letters
- Preparing presentation packs for clients, ensuring all paperwork is compliant
- Perform research to identify suitable financial solutions and areas for planning for clients
- Providing technical support to advisers, client service team and other teams as and when required
- Ensure all client information is recorded accurately and kept confidential.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial products, industry changes and legislation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Assist in the implementation of agreed financial plans.
- Handle client queries and provide excellent customer service.
Profile
A successful Senior Paraplanner should have:
- Level 4 qualification as a minimum, studying or achieved chartered status
- Proven experience in a paraplanning role
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Proactive and detailed approach
- Strong report writing skills
- Knowledge of Intelligent Office, FE Analytics, Selectapension, Cash Calc systems
