Technical Product Manager

The successful Technical Product Manager will support the sales growth and development of a diverse portfolio of liquid and gas filters, supplied to critical industries such as pharmaceutical, food and beverage, and fine chemicals. This role is crucial in providing expert technical support to customers and sales teams, managing regulatory compliance, and ensuring our products meet the highest standards in critical applications.

  • Provide technical support for customers and sales teams, including integrity testing data and product testing compatibility.
  • Manage technical reports for product testing and customer validation studies.
  • Oversee product quality documentation (e.g. Validation Guides, product certification) and product approvals.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance, responding to internal/external audits and managing regulatory changes (e.g., FDA, EU).
  • Collaborate with R&D on new product development, defining product specifications and identifying test sites.
  • Work with marketing and sales to ensure effective product launches, including positioning, pricing, and training.
  • Monitor the sales growth, margin, and lifecycle of new products.

To be successful in this role of Technical Product Manager we would love to speak to anyone who has experience of:

  • Bachelor's degree in a science or engineering discipline (Biological, Food, or Life Sciences preferred)
  • Experience in product management and/or sales.
  • Strong technical understanding of filters, their performance, and operational environments.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
