Description
The Accounts Assistant will:
- Assisting with preparation of financial reports and statements
- Processing invoices and expense forms
- Participating in annual budgeting and forecasting
- Supporting the Accounting & Finance team in daily operations
- Ensuring financial records are kept up to date
- Helping with the preparation of VAT returns
- Assisting with audits
- Contributing to the improvement of financial processes
Profile
A successful Reading based Accounts Assistant should have:
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for numbers
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Understanding of finance principles and accounting terminology
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong communication skills
