About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled TA to make a significant impact on students' learning experiences and contribute to a supportive and inclusive school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with teachers to plan and deliver engaging lessons.
- Provide targeted support to students, both one-on-one and in small groups.
- Assist with classroom management and the preparation of learning materials.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
- Monitor and report on student progress and development.
- Support students with special educational needs (SEN) as required.
Requirements:
- Qualified with a Level 2 or 3 CACHE Diploma in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent).
- Proven experience as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school setting.
- Strong understanding of the primary curriculum and educational practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other staff.
- Passion for supporting children's learning and development.
