The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a PA to provide high level secretarial and admin support toone of our Executive Directors.The role is fixed term for 12 months.

Your new role

  • Assisting withorganising the workload of the Exec Director and effectively managing the expectations of their stakeholders.
  • Organising travel itineraries in line with requirements and company policies.
  • Providing support with the production of reports, presentations and financial analysis of data to ensure information is presented accurately and effectively.
  • Organising internal and external meetings, booking venues and meeting rooms, arranging equipment and catering, and ensuring invitations and notes are distributed in a timely fashion.
  • Undertaking copy and audio typing (where required), compiling minutes, correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and meeting agendas to ensure information is presented in the most effective manner and presents a professional image of the department.
  • Dealing with administrative aspects of highly confidential matters to ensure these are handled sensitively and in line with best practice.

About you

  • Previous experience in a PA / Secretarial role
  • Strong diary management skills
  • Good IT skills (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook)
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Minimum typing speed of 50wpm
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Strong interpersonal and Communication skills (face to face, telephone, written)
  • Accuracy, precision, and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and able to use own initiative
