SENIOR LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR – Residential Lettings Agency
Location: Hemel Hempstead, HP2
Salary: £40k
Position: Permanent – Full Time
We are looking for a candidate who loves Residential Lettings and thrives on putting deals together in a competitive marketplace based in the Hemel Hempstead area.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Lettings Negotiator / Senior Lettings Negotiator who wants to move their career on to the next level and be part of a truly successful and developing team.
You will be a pivotal part within in the team carrying out listings, negotiating deals and seeing the lets through to completion. The right candidate will be at least 2 years' experience, be proactive and self-motivated and possesses great customer service and communication skills.
Skills: The skills required for this Senior Lettings Negotiator r ole will include:
- Experienced residential Lettings Agent
- Listing / Valuations experience beneficial.
- Superior sales ability
- High level of customer service skills
- Good telephone manner and positive attitude
- Well, presented, ambitious and self-motivated
- Knowledge of Hemel Hempstead and the surrounding area helpful
- Full Driving License essential and own car preferred.
- Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
