Are you a people person with a passion for providing exceptional customer service? Our client, located at Heaton Park, is currently seeking a Visitor Information Assistant to join their dynamic team on a temporary basis. �??
?? Current Standard DBS is essential for this role.
What you'll be doing: ??
- Handling incoming calls and assisting visitors with their enquiries, both face to face and via email.
- Responding to emails in the inbox, ensuring all customer queries are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Managing bookings for various facilities
But it doesn't stop there! As a Visitor Information Assistant, you will also have the opportunity to:
- Collaborate and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, contractors, event operators, volunteers, and the enforcement team. ??
- Contribute to the smooth operation of the establishment by uploading data related to fault reporting, ensuring everything is in proper working order.
- Handle cash and card payments, providing excellent service at the point of sale.
- Manage incoming mail and parcels, making sure they reach the right destination.
- Be the trusted guardian of keys within the organisation, issuing them to contractors and ensuring their safe return.
- Help out in our vibrant pop-up play area, putting toys out and taking them back in when needed. �?
To excel in this role, you should bring:
- A warm and welcoming personality, with a genuine desire to assist and engage with customers.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, ensuring that visitors receive accurate information and have a positive experience.
- Excellent organisational skills, enabling you to manage bookings, handle payments, and take care of administrative tasks efficiently.
