Role Overview:
As a Branch Manager, you will be the driving force behind the success of our Bearsted branch. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the daily operations, manage a team of Mortgage Advisors, and ensure exceptional customer service. You will set sales targets, develop strategies to achieve them, and implement processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of Mortgage Advisors to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and increase market share in Bearsted and surrounding areas.
- Monitor branch performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions as needed to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral partners, and stakeholders to drive business development and enhance the branch's reputation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the mortgage or financial services industry.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- CeMAP qualification or equivalent certification is desirable but not essential.
