They are looking for an IT support apprentice to join their experienced team to a support variety of technologies and systems. The IT support apprentice will be responsible for a mixture of reactive support, project work and scheduled maintenance.

Responsibilities
- Working as part of an existing experienced team to support a variety of technologies and systems
- Mixture of Reactive Support, Project Work and Scheduled Maintenance
- We are also developing a range on centralised management cyber services and the role will help with this
- Provide telephone and remote 1st line support
- Learn service desk process & best practice to deliver a consistently high level & accountable client experience
- Undertake other duties appropriate to the post as directed by line management
