Our client is a leading construction company seeking an experienced civil site manager to oversee district heating projects throughout London. This exciting opportunity offers excellent rates of pay and the chance to work with a highly respected team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of on-site operations, ensuring that project deadlines are met
- Coordinate activities between different teams involved in the project
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Oversee quality control processes from start to finish
Qualifications & Skills Required:
Civils Construction Experience- The ideal candidate should have previous experience working as a civil site manager within similar environments such as utilities, street works or trenching excavation projects.
Leadership skills - Candidates must be able to demonstrate strong leadership qualities including delegation abilities alongside good communication techniques.
Planning Expertise- Successful candidates will possess superior planning knowledge and implementation capability overseeing complex engineering designs up until final delivery stage
Problem solving mentality- Must show evidence through past experiences ability identify issues early on whilst having practical solutions available quickly
Attention To Detail-The successful applicant needs attention-to-detail capabilities maintaining high levels of accuracy when it comes documenting daily reports before submitting them
