Engage Education is excited to be supporting a wonderful SEND College in Northwest London to recruit a passionate and nurturing Art Teacher to join their team from September 2025.

The Role - Nurture Art Teacher:
As the school's Art Teacher, you will:
- Deliver creative, therapeutic, and inclusive Art lessons that engage and inspire
- Support students' social and emotional development through creative expression
- Collaborate across subjects—experience or willingness to support PSHE delivery is highly desirable
- Promote high expectations for behaviour, attendance, and personal progress
- Work as part of a small, close-knit team dedicated to restoring confidence and ambition in each student
We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Holds QTS or equivalent (unqualified teachers with strong Art subject knowledge and SEND experience also welcomed)
- Has UK classroom experience—ideally within SEMH, PRU or alternative education settings
- Has an Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or is willing to obtain one)
- Is creative, empathetic, and resilient, with the ability to build meaningful relationships
- Is passionate about inclusive education and the power of art to connect, heal, and inspire
