Reed are delighted to be working with a fantastic, growing business in Watton who are seeking an After Sales Administrator to join their team and provide essential support to their After Sales Department. This role involves a variety of sales administrative duties to help achieve the company's Order Intake and Output Budgets. The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual with excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.

Day to day of the role:

  • Log enquiries and send enquiry acknowledgements to clients.
  • Issue quotations to Clients, including requesting quotes from Vendors.
  • Process client purchase orders.
  • Create BOM for spare parts, route cards, and works orders.
  • Prepare handover emails to the UK Project Department.
  • Follow up on quotations actively and work towards converting them into orders.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support for the After Sales Department.
  • Issue repair/modification quotations.
  • Arrange travel for Site Engineers, including liaising with travel agencies and booking hotels.
  • Complete site invoicing upon the return of site engineers.
  • Cover for department staff when required and manage telephone calls appropriately.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales administration or a similar role.
  • Ability to issue accurate and detailed quotations and process purchase orders.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle telephone calls professionally.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to cover for other staff members as needed.
