Description

  • Manage and maintain the accounts receivable ledger
  • Create and issue invoices to clients
  • Monitor customer accounts for late payments, report significant issues to management
  • Engage in credit control activities to ensure timely payment of invoices
  • Conduct credit checks on potential clients
  • Collaborate with the finance team and other stakeholders
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes

Profile

A successful 'Credit Controller' should have:

  • A degree in finance, accounting or a related field
  • A strong understanding of credit control procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and reconciliation skills
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving
