About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Technical Services Manager to join our expanding team in Fareham. In this pivotal role, you will lead a team of 4 talented IT professionals, driving the technical direction and ensuring top-tier service delivery. As the most senior technical person in the company, you will report directly to the senior management team, playing a crucial role in the company's ambitious plans to grow tenfold in the next 3-5 years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 4 IT professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day technical operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality IT services.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic plans that support the company's growth objectives.
- Act as the primary technical advisor to the senior management team, providing insights and recommendations for IT strategy and infrastructure.
- Drive innovation and implement best practices within the team to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
- Ensure the team is equipped with the necessary skills and tools to support the company's growth and technological advancement.
- Manage relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring their IT needs are met and exceeded.

- Proven experience in a team leadership role within a managed service environment.
- Strong technical background with experience in IT support and project delivery.
- Strong understanding of service delivery and infrastructure management
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with senior management and clients.
- A track record of successfully managing and delivering IT projects.
