Our client is now looking for a Head of Operations to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role

As our client's Head of Operations, you will oversee the day-to-day running of their service.

Undertaking strategic planning through operational best practice, you will ensure that all patients have equitable access to the service.

You will liaise with various premises and delivery locations throughout Greater Manchester, striving for excellence as you strategically enhance and streamline operational processes and foster sustainable growth.

Overseeing all key elements of the service, you will lead on reporting, patient and community engagement, waiting list management and policy development.

Additionally, you will:

- Provide effective support and leadership for all service delivery staff
- Collaborate with the Clinical Lead and the Business Manager
- Foster a dynamic culture that values lived experience and personalised care
- Chair the majority of key operational meetings

About You

To be considered as our client's Head of Operations, you will need:

- Experience of operations management
- Experience of safeguarding
- Experience of leading, motivating and managing a team with a broad set of backgrounds
- Experience of managing budgets
- Experience of reporting to stakeholders
- Knowledge of the issues and experiences of trans and non-binary people, particularly
related to health care and access
- An understanding of the current national, regional and local policy environment in the field of gender identity services
