Role: Delivery Consultant - IT Audit / IT / Risk
Geographical focus: European markets and some US - Permanent
Salary: £28,000 - 35,000 + Commission
Based: City of London
Onsite working: Hybrid, 3 days in and 2 days remote
I'm working with a Recruitment client in the city of London. One of their high-performing Managers leading their Audit team is looking for a dedicated Delivery Consultant/Resourcer to support him with his growing client portfolio. Last year he billed £600,000 whilst leading a team and he's keen to raise the bar to become a £Million-pound biller, but he needs support from a well-organised, articulate delivery consultant to help him achieve his objective.
Experience working in IT Audit Recruitment isn't essential, as 70% of the business is coming from IT & Business Audit, they also touch Risk (technology and business) and a few clients have also given them some very basic finance stuff (contract) - so they need this person to have an agile mind who can adapt. Whilst most of their work would be in Audit, day to day, they need someone to be able to quickly pick up and find other niche candidates. I would say 50 - 60% of your searches will be quite similar as they have strong repeat business with various clients. They also have an A-grade profile of what they typically place so there will be repetition in some of the key markets.
95% of the business is coming from Europe, but the manager is also building relationships with new clients in the US, and he now has 3 clients on board who are becoming more active.
95% of his business is permanent, although the manager works the way good consultants/recruiters do. i.e. speed to market is essential and he likes/wants to get jobs covered quickly with quality despite time scales for the actual process' sometimes being lengthy.
The typical placement fees on the desk are £14-20,000 so 50% of the deal will go to the delivery consultant and a tiered scheme will be offered.
This will be a hybrid working role that would require you to be on-site 3 days per week. Typically, Mon / Wed / Thurs with the rest of the team.
