Day to day of the role:
- Work towards and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
- Engage in business development activities to expand your desk.
- Provide exceptional service to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with your team to share best practices and support each other's growth.
