Junior Finance Business Partner | 12 Month FTC
Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum
Location: Coleshill (Hybrid role - 3 days on-site)

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the processing and coding of purchase order (PO) and non-PO invoices.
- Assist in posting multi-currency and urgent business payments in accordance with company policies.
- Manage direct debit payments, ensuring compliance with established procedures.
- Assist in preparing and executing payment runs, following procedural guidelines.
- Reconcile supplier statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain positive relationships with suppliers and address queries promptly.
- Collaborate with Financial Reporting, Commercial Finance, and Treasury teams.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data.
- Support month-end processes and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Participate in finance transformation projects, including system enhancements within Unit 4.
About You:
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified or part qualified Accountant or qualified by experience
- Excellent customer service skills and attitude, with a high degree of team work ethic
- Analytical mindset, with attention to detail and the ability to work with complex financial data
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple stakeholders, priorities and meeting deadlines
- A positive 'can-do' attitude and flexibility.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English, including report writing
- 3+ years of Finance related experience
- Good knowledge of financial and management accounting frameworks.
- An ability to prioritise own workload
- Experience with Order Management Systems and Microsoft Dynamics 365 would be a plus
