Description
The Part Time Property Solicitor position based in Swindon will hold the following responsibilities:
- Provide legal support for projects
- Managing of leases and other documents for a specific projects.
- Work closely with Estate managers
- Checking title deeds
- Preparing governance papers
- Managing and advising of any potential risks
- Ensure that deadlines are met
Profile
The successful candidate for the Part Time Property Solicitor will need to have the following skills and experience:
- Strong background of working with legal property based role
- Hold a recognised legal qualification
- Experience of dealing with title deeds
- Experience of working on projects would be beneficial
- Excellent communication skills
Job Offer
This is a long term contract position working approximately 3 days a week.
Flexibility around days and working hours can be arranged.
