Description
The key responsibilities of an HR Administrator will include, but may not be limited to;
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
- Maintain and update employee records in line with GDPR requirements.
- Assist with HR-related queries and provide excellent customer service to employees.
- Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the HR team to deliver induction and onboarding programmes for new starters.
- Prepare and distribute HR-related reports and documents.
- Manage HR administration, including contracts, letters and personnel files.
- Participate in HR projects as required.
Profile
A successful HR Administrator should have:
- A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience working in an HR administrative role, ideally within the Industrial / Manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment law.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
