Castlefield Recruitment are currently working in partnership with a multi award winning organisation to recruit a Commercial Property Manager. Responsibilities;
- Oversee delivery to internal and external customers at agreed performance levels
- Manage budgets in line with forecast (where appropriate) and agree budget with various customers/stakeholders
- Play a lead role in management and act as an escalation point for the Estates team across various sites
- Ensure all relevant business date is updated including occupancy plans and CAFM amendments
- Ensure all governance and compliance standards are met
The person;
- Experience of working within a commercial property environment
- Hold previous team management experience
- Previous experience of working in a fast paced, evolving environment with the ability to prioritise workload
