Key Responsibilities

- Office Management: Help oversee the office, ensuring an effective, efficient, and professional lettings service for both landlords and tenants.
- Leadership: Lead by example, delegate tasks, and aim to exceed performance standards and targets.
- Team Motivation: Inspire and support your team, including new recruits, ensuring they receive the necessary training and guidance to excel in their roles.

Required Skills and Experience

- Experience Previous experience as an Assistant Manager, Senior Lettings Negotiator, Senior Sales Negotiator, Estate Agent, Lister, or Valuer looking to progress.
- Business Development: Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
- Leadership: Proven experience in managing, leading, and mentoring a team.
- Customer Service: Exceptional customer care and service skills.
- Attributes: Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in IT (MS Office, internet, email systems).
- Driving Licence: A Full UK driving licence is essential.
