Learning and Development Coordinator

Location: Maidstone, Kent

Salary: £25,000-£35,000pa

Reed HR is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Learning and Development Coordinator to join my client and their growing organisation.

The role of Learning and Development Coordinator:

As the Learning and Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the development, coordination, and delivery of all training programs across the organisation. The successful candidate will have a passion for learning and development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external training providers.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, coordinate, and deliver training programs across the organisation, including onboarding, soft skills training, technical training, and leadership development.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and develop training materials and content.
  • Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, booking venues, and coordinating with external training providers.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide support and guidance to managers and employees on training and development opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in learning and development or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external training providers.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
