Position: Permanent – Full Time

This is a fantastic role for an experienced Lettings Manager who has a consistent, successful track record within the Estate Agency / Lettings industry and a high level of experience in winning new business.
You will be responsible for generating valuations, spotting opportunities, winning listings for the right price at the right fee, growing the business, building the landlord base and training and mentoring other members of the team on how to achieve the best possible results.
You will also have the ability to build rapport, maintain long term business relationships and be able to work independently, autonomously and also as part of a successful team.
Skills: The skills required for this Lettings Manager role will include:
- Experienced residential Lettings Agent
- Extensive Listing / Valuations experience
- Experience in mentoring and motivating a team
- Superior sales ability
- High level of customer service skills
- Good telephone manner and positive attitude
- Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
- Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
