We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director to spearhead ambitious growth initiatives across the UK and global markets within engineering design, focusing on technically complex Buildings and High-rise projects.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the structural engineering or related industry.
- Demonstrated success in business development and market expansion, particularly in the UK.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Commitment to sustainability, innovation, and excellence in engineering.
- Ability to inspire and lead a diverse team towards achieving ambitious goals.
- Relevant technical/structural Degree, and professional membership.
