Finance Assistant, Part Time, £12.08ph, Harrogate

Our client who are a charity are looking for a Finance Assistant to ensure the smooth running of the Finance Department through providing day to day support with a range of sales ledger, cash management and general administration duties.
Skills Required:
- Previous experience within an Accounts support role
- Ability to work towards deadlines.
- Adaptable and proactive.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills
- IT literate including Excel.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Ledger - produce and distribute invoices.
- Input remittances to the Sales Ledger and allocate payment.
- Chase payment of overdue invoices.
- Manage the petty cash balances.
- Keep accurate records of receipts and payments.
- Monthly banking.
- Provide financial information to relevant departments.
- Taking calls and dealing with financial queries.
- Support on ad hoc projects.
