This role is based in an Ofsted rated GOOD college that is known for its positive and bustling atmosphere. Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and delivering high-quality educational programmes in Electrical Installation.
- Providing support and guidance to students and addressing challenges (there are opportunities to become an Assessor too).
- Integrating industry experience into teaching to offer practical insights.
- Promoting College values and adhering to safeguarding policies.
- Engaging in continuous professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
- You need to hold a minimum Level 3 qualification or equivelent in Electrical/related field.
- Valuable experience in teaching or relevant electrical experience.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine enthusiasm for education.
- Commitment to promoting student welfare and fostering inclusivity.
