As a Warehouse Team Leader, you'll have direct responsibility for managing inbound quality and a team behind the returns and picking-packing procedure. In addition, your ability to implement change and work towards continuous improvement will be highly rewarded. This is an exciting time to join a team of high achievers that prides itself on exceptional customer service.

The role has come about as the current person has taken on a development opportunity to move internally which is highly encourage by the business. The previous team leader has been with the company for three years, progressing from a junior associate to a warehouse team leader, and continuing further grow within the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing up to 8 direct reports per shift and fully responsible for inbound quality control, audit and inspection.
  • Contribute, implement and lead continuous improvement initiatives
  • Manage and monitor the performance, development and wellbeing of the team.
  • Work towards growth and improvement of your personal and team KPIs.
  • Cross-training between teams and other team leaders.

Ideal skill set we're looking for:

  • 2-3+ years' experience in a similar industry in warehouse team leading roles. With a strong knowledge of quality controls (Retail, Fashion, Manufacturing, food, Luxury E-commerce)
  • A proven track record in mentoring, coaching and driving high-performing teams
  • Proficiency and intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Excel (e.g. VLOOKUP's, Pivot tables)
  • Fantastic interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
