Key Responsibilities as Senior Employment Law Solicitor:
- Provide Operational Supervision for more Junior members of the team
- Support the directors in developing and shaping its services and products
- Be a source for knowledge and support for colleagues
- Development Business opportunities, present seminars, write articles and participate in professional cooperate events
- Collaborate with the directors using company data
- Provide employment law advice on contentious and non-contentious employment law matters
- Manage contentious employment tribunal case files
- Drafting pre-action correspondence, pleadings, lists of documents and bundle preparation, witness statements, making applications and creating draft orders
- Undertake negotiation and finalise settlements
What you need to bring:
- A minimum of 3 years PQE In Employment Law is essential
