The IT Support Engineer will beresponsible for maintaining and supporting infrastructure, applications and users based at the company's head office as well as providing assistance to all other locations.
Essential technical experience:
- Desktop hardware and software
- Microsoft Active Directory
- Microsoft Windows Server 2008-2016
- Microsoft Office 365
- Microsoft Exchange 2007-2013
- Basic networking skills
- Basic VOIP knowledge
- Basic wireless knowledge
- Virtualisation (VMWare / Microsoft Hyper-V)
