Large, diverse public sector organisation, based in Liverpool City Centre, currently seeking to recruit a passionate, skilled Recruitment Partner to join their team on a 6-month basis initially. You will join a close-knit team of dynamic, friendly and motivating professionals and lead in the management of the on-going recruitment campaigns.
Your New Role
Within your new role as Recruitment & Talent Partner, you will support the delivery of a comprehensive, efficient end-to-end recruitment and talent function, whilst contributing to the delivery of the People Strategy.
Working with the recruitment team, you will implement recruitment plans, campaigns and activity within agreed deadlines ensuring that recruiting managers are properly consulted and informed.
As Recruitment & Talent Partner, you will oversee the management of the recruitment campaigns, providing innovative, cost effective and timely solutions to recruiting managers throughout. You will ensure high quality of service is maintained throughout and that all recruitment actions comply with employment legislation and best practice.
Working closely with recruiting managers and Strategic Business Partners, you will work to understand key resource requirements to support the development of resourcing strategies that meet both current and future organisation needs. (Including apprenticeships, work placements and secondments) - Equality Diversity and Inclusion will be a key focus.
