People Systems Manager - Hybrid

We are looking to appoint a People Systems Manager to manage the implementation and development of my Client's new Learning Management System (LMS) and HR Systems. This role is pivotal in enhancing our eLearning portfolio and ensuring the delivery of high-quality training across the organisation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in LMS administration, project management, and eLearning content development.

Day to Day of the role:

  • Lead the implementation of an upgraded LMS system and support its ongoing development.
  • Administer the LMS to maintain records of compliance, training, revalidation, and qualifications.
  • Develop and create engaging, high-quality eLearning content using innovative technologies.
  • Consult with managers, HR, and compliance colleagues to define LMS and eLearning development priorities.
  • Design and deliver training to managers and administrators on the effective use of the LMS system.
  • Oversee the LMS helpdesk function, providing support and guidance to stakeholders.
  • Produce regular reports and analysis for the Senior Management Team.
  • Manage and develop relationships with external suppliers and partners in the eLearning and LMS sectors.
  • Ensure all eLearning material is regularly reviewed and updated.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Educated to degree level with relevant experience.
  • System administrator experience for a large, complex database, preferably an LMS.
  • Strong HR Systems experience
  • Proven ability to manage projects in a complex organisation.
  • Experience working with digital learning or web content.
  • Strong computer literacy, including advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with competing priorities.
  • Car owner with the ability to travel as part of the job role.
