Our dynamic team is dedicated to providing top-tier services to a diverse clientele. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Executive Assistant to join our clients team.

Client Details

As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our C-Suite team. Reporting directly to four of our Chief Officers, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative and strategic support tasks.

You will also line managed to 2 other EA's in the business.

Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide EA support to approx 4 Chief Officers, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing documents.
  • You will also line manage the other 2 EA's that provide support to the others at C-Level.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Organise and maintain confidential files and records.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations.
  • Support the planning and execution of executive-level meetings and events.
  • Handle ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the executive team.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and information flow.

Profile

Must haves:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant.
  • Experience line managing a team of EA/PA's.
  • Experience within a fast-paced, large organisation.
  • Ability to work onsite 5 days per week (this is non-negotiable).
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
