Nursery Nurse
Nurse Seekers are proud to be working on behalf of an independent Ofsted rated ‘Outstanding' Nursery based near Redhill, Surrey. The nursery are looking for a passionate, experienced and dedicated Nursery Nurse to join their quality setting and lovely team in providing children the best early years education and care needed for their development
Key Responsibilities
- Building caring relationships with children, families and your team
- assist with daily routines, and use your knowledge of child development to assess progress.
- Supporting the Room Leader, you'll model best practices and ensure equal opportunities.
- Maintain confidentiality, and communicate effectively with parents
- engage respectfully with children, plan awe-inspiring activities to scaffold children's learning, and document observations and next steps.
- Health and safety are of the upmost importance; you'll ensure cleanliness, adhere to dietary requirements, keep attendance records, and administer medication and First Aid as needed.
- Complete mandatory training, attend staff meetings, and need to engage in professional development opportunities to ensure high-quality practice and company values are maintained.
- Supporting your team members and being a positive role model, who looks to develop and suggest positive changes
