DCS Recruitment are currently looking for an estimator to join an established construction provider in Cardiff.
Primary Objectives
- Co-ordinate the tender process in a timely fashion
- Accurate measurement using both CAD measure & manual measures
- Production of tenders using Causeway Estimating Software System
- Produce an accurate prime cost for the project.
- Develop relationships with the design team and clients
- Develop relationships, quality, and the range of the supply chain
- Identification of areas of risk and opportunity
- Highlight conflict and deficiencies within contract documentation
- Produce the Estimating handover information in a suitable format for the Construction team
- Support of Senior department staff
