Market 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Part Time Warranty Support Administrator based in Farnham on a permanent basis.
Main purpose of the role will be to support the Warranty Team in the day to day running of the department. Involving communicating with suppliers to ensure claim requirements are met. Also communicating with the Parts Department to ensure Warranty Parts are returned promptly and via the correct process.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- To organise warranty parts returns across all depots and actively partake in the returns process at Farnham.
- To monitor and process claim requirements via email.
- Updating warranty dates and policy authorizations on internal system.
- To monitor and process the status of new and outstanding (FSI) safety recalls.
- Provide bi-monthly scrap lists to the Parts Departments.
- Liaise with engineers to ensure information is provided in a timely manner to assist other Administrators.
- To provide holiday cover of the depots for the Warranty Administrators.
- Liaising with relevant personnel to ensure claims are processed on a timely basis.
- Ensure all paperwork is tied up efficiently and effectively.
- Answer all communication with suppliers in a prompt and thorough manner where applicable.
Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications:
- Effective team player
- Excellent time management skills; able to prioritise time and work well under pressure
- The ability to provide high levels of customer care
- Willingness to help both internal and external customers
- Proactive, flexible and positive can-do attitude
- IT Proficient
Working hours are 25 hours per week (9:30am - 3:00pm).
