Main Duties/Responsibilities
- Proactively reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and other communication channels to generate new sales leads and opportunities
- Nurture existing customer accounts by providing excellent customer service, addressing Enquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction in order to develop customer relationships
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions to meet their requirements
- Prepare and present product demonstrations, proposals, and quotes to potential clients
- Collaborate closely with the external sales team to coordinate sales activities, share market insights, and ensure a seamless customer experience, this may include meeting customers away from our office and the potential of overnight stay away
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities using our CRM system
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Project Tracking activities and updating relevant information on CRM
Role Requirements:
- University-level education or 3 years of sales experience
- Commercial awareness
- Strong presentation skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Computer literacy
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team
