Page Personnel are working alongside a growing company based in Fleetwood. They are seeking a Payroll Administrator to join their Finance department on a Part time basis. The successful candidate will ensure accurate processing and recording of the company's payroll, provide timely and accurate financial information and participate in daily data entry for payroll processing.

Description
As a Payroll Administrator you will be responsible for:
- Perform daily payroll department operations
- Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely
- Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate confirmed reports
- Understand proper taxation of employer paid benefits
- Process correct garnishment calculations and compliance
- Execute time and attendance processing and interface with payroll
- Perform compliances for unclaimed property payroll checks
- Develop ad hoc financial and operational reporting as needed
Profile
A successful Payroll Administrator should have:
- Proficiency in MS Office and payroll software
- Strong knowledge of payroll system and procedures
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information
