Team Support Officer - Recruitment

Your new company
You'll be working for a large public sector organisation based in the centre of Cardiff.
Your new role

  • You will work with colleagues in the recruitment team to undertake all aspects of advertising vacancies and on-boarding successful candidates.
  • Responsible for undertaking processing activity including posting job adverts, issuing results, pre-employment checking successful candidates and drafting contracts and other employment related documentation.
  • Responsible for undertaking security clearances for staff, agency workers and contractors and will manage vetting surgeries for security clearances within the organisation.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience of working in an administrative-based role previously.
  • Experience of recruitment and onboarding staff is desirable, not essential.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • You must be able to attend the Cardiff office as and when required.
  • You must pass a basic DBS check.
