**Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Content Creator to join our Global Marketing team and play a pivotal role in driving a broad brand transformation with a strong emphasis on content creation and e-commerce. The ideal candidate will have a background in luxury fashion brands and a deep understanding of digital content strategy, particularly in developing social-first content. You'll be responsible for producing high-quality video and still content that aligns with our brand's premium positioning, enhances our storytelling, and engages our target audience across key platforms.

**Team Structure:

Our digital team is built to deliver excellence across various touchpoints. The current setup includes:

  • CRM and Data: A dedicated 3-person team focusing on managing customer data, email marketing, and leveraging AI for personalised content delivery.
  • Content Factory: A social-first content unit specialising in producing compelling content for Meta platforms (Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook).

**Content Strategy & Platforms:

  1. Content Creation
  • We are looking for social-first content creators with proven experience in developing high-quality video content for luxury brands.

  • The ideal candidate will be skilled in conceptualising, creating, and executing reels, video content, and storytelling pieces that effectively showcase our brand's identity and drive engagement.

  • High execution standards are required to maintain the quality and sophistication expected of a luxury brand.

  1. Platforms of Focus:
  • Instagram: Primary platform for brand storytelling and customer engagement.

  • YouTube: Currently an underdeveloped channel. We need a content creator who can strategise, launch, and grow our presence on YouTube.

  • TikTok: In the early stages of exploration. Experience in TikTok content ideation and paid advertising is a strong plus.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Creative Content Production:

  • Ideate, plan, and produce innovative video and still content that aligns with brand and platform requirements, with a focus on fast turnarounds and creative impact.

  • Lead all aspects of production, including shoot preparation, styling, location setup, and equipment management to ensure seamless execution.

  • Edit and animate raw footage into high-quality content formats suitable for social and digital media channels.

  • Strategic Input & Collaboration:

  • Collaborate closely with the Content Factory and wider brand teams to bring creative briefs to life, providing strategic insights and ideation to elevate content quality.

  • Attend internal meetings and actively contribute to brainstorming sessions, ensuring alignment with broader brand and business objectives.

  • Performance Analysis & Optimisation:

  • Regularly measure content performance using established KPIs, gathering insights on engagement and audience response.

  • Apply findings to refine and optimise content strategies, continuously pushing the boundaries of digital storytelling.

  • Trend Awareness & Innovation:

  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, competitor activities, and platform-specific developments to propose new creative concepts and content opportunities.

  • Suggest potential partnership or advocacy collaborations to achieve breakthrough content that resonates with our luxury consumer base.
