The Role:
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll receive full training and mentorship to develop your skills in sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates within engineering roles across the UK. This is an excellent opportunity to break into recruitment and build a long-term career in a highly rewarding industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and source engineering candidates using a variety of methods (job boards, LinkedIn, networking)
Conduct candidate interviews and assess their suitability for client roles
Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates
Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and match them with the best talent
Negotiate offers and close recruitment processes
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

Any background in sales, customer service, or recruitment is beneficial but not essential
